Who we are

ETD Constructions is operated by Elyah Dean, a sole trader trading as ETD Constructions. ABN 47 584 619 491; NSW contractor licence 468770C.

Information we collect

When you submit the online quote form, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the project location, renovation type and project details;
• your preferred timeframe, budget and contact method, if provided;
• your consent to be contacted about the project; and
• technical records needed to operate and protect the form, including a submission identifier, server timestamps, the source page, browser user agent and Turnstile verification result.

Cloudflare Turnstile may process network, browser and device signals, including an IP address, to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. ETD Constructions does not use the form for visitor fingerprinting or behavioural advertising.

Why we collect it

We use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested work, prepare a quote or project plan, prevent form abuse, and keep a reliable record of the enquiry and notification status.

How the website processes it

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Pages Functions validates each submission and verifies the Turnstile security check. A successful enquiry is stored in the ETD Constructions Cloudflare D1 database before an email notification is delivered to the approved ETD Constructions inbox through Cloudflare's email infrastructure.

The service-area map uses a simplified, locally hosted extract derived from OpenStreetMap data. The map itself does not request external map tiles. If you follow an OpenStreetMap attribution or fallback link, that separate website will handle the resulting request under its own privacy practices.

Disclosure and storage

We do not sell quote-form information. Information is available only to ETD Constructions and the service providers needed to host, secure, store and deliver the enquiry, or where disclosure is required by law.

Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage quoting or project follow-up, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer required.

Security and questions

We use access controls, encrypted Cloudflare secrets, server-side validation and anti-abuse checks to protect the form. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in the project-details field.
